KLM Performance Inc. is proud to be a distributor of Carli Suspension products. The rebound of the Carli Suspension Hydro Front Bumpstops Dodge is designed to extend at a slower rate which will keep from forcing the axle back down, which would cause the suspension to bounce back. By slowing down the last couple of inches of compression travel, you reduce the amount of stored energy that needs to be controlled on the rebound side. This will help maintain control of the vehicle when off-roading at speed.Part No: CS-FHB-1

Carli Suspension was the first company to design and produce a Hydro Front Bumpstops Dodge Ram pickups. The Carli Suspension Hydro Front Bumpstops Dodge kit does not reduce wheel travel. The Hydroneumatic Bump Stop for the Dodge Ram is only utilized in the final 2.5 of travel. The bump stops there for act as a secondary suspension system. This Carli Suspension Hydro Front Bumpstops Dodge was designed to protect your truck from those unforeseen hits when pushing the limits of the suspension. All of the energy used to compress the bump stop is dissipated as heat thus preventing the suspension from bottoming out, leaving everything still in place on your dash.
Carli Suspension Hydro Front Bumpstops Dodge can be utilized in conjunction with any of Carli suspension systems, or even stock applications.
Minor welding is needed for installation of the Carli Suspension Hydro Front Bumpstops Dodge. Since the Dodge Ram Truck is based on a hydroformed frame type, which should not be welded on. The bottom of the coil buckets are the anchor for the bump stop rest, which is welded.
The Carli Suspension Hydro Front Bumpstops Dodge offer "position sensitive" high-speed compression dampening. When you take a big hit and stroke the shock piston through the travel and the bump stop engages, it dramatically increases the compression dampening in the last 2.5 inches of travel, offering substantial bottom out protection. Low speed dampening is unaffected, and here's why; you can compress the bump stop slowly to full up travel. The bump stops are designed with low flow pistons and are valved (tuned) to absorb high shaft speed impacts, yet still allowing the axle to articulate slowly to full bump without resting on a fully extended bump stop.
"A world of difference in the dirt and insurance against a 'gotcha' when the time comes."
