To register your warranty, please complete the bottom portion and mail it WITH A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE for future validation of warranty.

BORGESON will repair or replace, at their option, any truck replacement steering assembly found to be defective in either material or workmanship within warranty period. Any assembly that has been abused, altered, or incorrectly installed is not covered under this warranty. Any assemblies used in competition are excluded from this warranty. BORGESON’S sole remedy shall be repair or replacement, no monetary refund will be granted. This limited warranty applies to any BORGESON product, which, after careful inspection by BORGESON, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. BORGESON will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by misuse of any product they sell. THE WARRANTY HEREIN CONTAINED IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LEIU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BORGESON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE REPLACEMENT STEERING ASSEMBLIES OR THEIR COMPONENTS ARE MERCHANTABLE OR FIT ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. THE LIABILITY OF BORGESON IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT STEERING ASSEMBLY OR COMPONENT WHICH DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE WARRANTY HEREUNDER.
