Carli Suspension - Shock Tower Brace

Carli Suspension spent over a year putting this piece through the Carli Product Research and Development lifecycle.  This unique design has been put through various stress analysis test along with thousands of miles of real world testing.  After multiple refinements and hours of assembling and disassembling we are proud to release to the public one of our most anticipated products.  The way that the Shock Tower Brace works is that it creates a boxing effect by tying in the coil buckets on each frame rail, eliminating any secondary movement due to the compressing of the suspension.  After much research and testing we found that the coil buckets without the brace could have as much as ¼” of deflection under heavy use.  That movement would then be transferred through the shock mounts and the shocks themselves rendering the shocks to be not as efficient.  Each leg is constructed of 3/16” “Cold Rolled” material to ensure maximum performance and function out of the product.  The brace bolts to the top of our Billet Shock Towers making it easy to install while giving it a high performance look.
