Carli Suspension - 98.5-08 Performance 2.0

This system offers more off-road performance than the starter system. The shock moves more fluid, being a
remote reservoir design, which allows for dampening improvements. Off-road conditions this system is
recommended for include un-maintained dirt roads, moderate desert conditions with mature driving style,
recreational travel that requires off highway access, hunting uses that necessitate a vehicle capable of
traveling over rough terrain that requires ground clearance, wheel travel and reliable dampening.

System Design
This is a true suspension system. Each component is designed, weighted and configured to work in concert with each other. First the spring rates were perfected to hold the weight of the vehicle and increase the ride and drivability performance. The shock valving was tuned to perfect the street ride first with room for additional tuning for light to moderate off-road performance. An iterative engineering cycle that consisted of install, test, re-valve and repeat until the performance and comfort was refined. This is a custom valving profile specifically for the 2500/3500 Dodge Ram CTD. The truck is balanced to prevent bucking at high speeds, such as expansion joints during freeway rides. Every aspect of the component family has been tuned for the Dodge Ram Truck, our engineering principle rendering a true suspension system.

Valve Setup / Tune
The Carli 7100 shocks are a proprietary valving profile developed in-house through a series of tests. These are remote reservoir shocks that are a 2” single tube, high-pressure design, that offer continuous fade-free performance and extended service life. Featuring self-adjusting deflecting disc valves, high flow piston to reduce harsh ride feedback, independent tuning for both rebound and compression, exact dampening provided by increased working piston surface area and designed for maximum control  for  increased diameter tires.

System Relationship
All of Carli Suspension systems are designed to be upgraded; components can be used while upgrading to the next level system. The customer can build a suspension system at his or her own pace.
