About EDGE Products
Founded in 1999 by two cousins,
Edge Products has become the premier name for aftermarket
performance electronics. Initially, the company was founded
on its efforts to produce performance electronics on
diesel-powered trucks. Over the years, however, Edge has
expanded its offerings to include cutting-edge products for
the gas truck and Jeep markets. Edge has twice been named in
the Inc. 500.s fastest growing privately held companies.
Edge manufactures modules and programmers
for all major vehicle manufacturers, including Ford, Chevy,
Dodge, Jeep, and RV. Since its inception, Edge has been
known for the power its modules and programmers produce.
However, what sets the company apart from its competitors is
its monitoring capabilities. Coupled with the additional
gains in horsepower, Edge's ability to display multiple
engine parameters, and to provide associated safety features
for those parameters on its stylish in-cab monitors, has
revolutionized the industry.
Dodge Comp - 1998.5-2000 Dodge 5.9L 24V Comp
 The
Edge Comp module maximizes engine efficiency by monitoring
the RPM, timing, turbo boost pressure and fueling parameters
of your Cummins engine. The Comp module uses this
information to determine and control both fueling and timing
enhancements for the Bosch fuel injection pump. Timing and
fueling enhancements are controlled via CAN-BUS through the
Data Link and by connecting directly into the Bosch fuel
injection pump.
The Edge Comp features five power levels with power gains
from 40-120 horsepower. Each of the levels has five
independent adjustable sub-levels to control low boost
fueling, providing a total of 25 levels of adjustability!
The responsiveness settings enable you to dial-in the
optimum balance between responsiveness and low boost smoke
control no matter what additional power modifications have
been made to the engine. The Comp module is fully adjustable
on-the-fly and mounts inside the cab.
The following power gains are representative of an actual
test vehicle. These gains were measured on a SuperFlow Dyno
at an altitude of 4400 ft above sea level, and represent
power delivered to the rear wheels of the test truck. The
only modification made to the test truck was the addition of
the Edge Juice module. Power gains may vary based on vehicle
and geographical location.

The proprietary process used to create these injector
nozzles intricately machines 8 orifices into the tips.
Compared to the stock 7-orifice injectors, Jammers feature
better atomization, faster fuel flow and an enhanced spray
angle. Also, the increased number of orifices enables the
injectors to deliver more fuel while still maintaining
proper fuel pressure. The result is more power and improved
combustion-chamber cleanliness.
Jammer injector nozzles are available in five
configurations. The following power gains are representative
of a 5.9 Dodge equipped with the Jammer injector nozzles:
Stage 1: 50 Horsepower - 100 Foot Pounds of Torque
Stage 2: 75 Horsepower - 150 Foot Pounds of Torque

Across the board, Jammer nozzles can also improve fuel
economy by up to 1.5 MPG depending on individual driving
style.
Edge Products machining process also matches flow rate to
within about 1% among injectors, further enhancing engine
performance - the stock injectors can vary as much as 11%
per set. Jammers offer incredible value to both the consumer
and the retailer since the Trucks existing injector bodies
can be easily retrofitted.

The process used to create these injector nozzles
intricately creates 8 orifices in the injector tips.
Compared to the stock 7-orifice injectors, Jammers achieve
better fuel distribution with 8 smaller orifices than 7
larger ones. The increased number of orifices enables the
injectors to deliver more fuel when required while
maintaining mileage. The result is more power and improved

The EZ is the ultimate performance upgrade for the driver

The EZ offers a quick 10 minute installation that requires
no expensive mechanic labor, no drilling, and no computer
downloading. Simply plug the Edge EZ into 2 stock
connections and you're ready to go.
The EZ provides real power you can switch between 3 power
levels to add up to 65 HP. The EZ safely provides power to
help eliminate downshifting.
The EZ is also tuned with a special fuel economy level* that
improves the atomization of fuel, which in turn allows Edge
to add power, while at the same time delivering between a
5-10% improvement in MPG when driving in level one. Add to
that the EZ's price point and you have the ultimate value on
the performance market today.
There is not another product on the market today that
delivers power so safely and so economically, and at the
same time is so easy to install.

The Edge Juice with Attitude is a highly sophisticated
package capable of improving your truck's driveability,
towing, mileage and most importantly, POWER.
Using factory-style connections in just thirty minutes you
can add five levels of adjustable power ranging from 40-120
HP and increase torque up to 350 ft lbs. The Juice greatly
improves responsiveness and driveability, while at the same
time increasing fuel economy.
The Juice communicates directly with the engines ECM from
which it receives vital information. Combined with the
Attitude display, you can monitor all the information a
complete set of gauges would and will automatically monitor
and display exhaust gas temperature (EGT), turbo boost and
transmission slip and de-fuel the engine to prevent
excessive EGT, boost levels or transmission slippage. It
also displays 0-60 times, quarter-mile times and actual
speed if you are using non-stock tires.
The following power gains are representative of an actual
test vehicle. These gains were measured on a Mustang Dyno at
an altitude of 4400 ft above sea level, and represent power
delivered to the rear wheels of the test truck. The only
modification made to the test truck was the addition of the

It is strongly advised that you do not combine or stack
chips to gain more horsepower with this module.
A Hot Unlock Code, which includes a level 6 power level, is
available for this product. Although there is not a
significant increase in peak HP when compared to level 5,
the level 6 fueling curve is more aggressive in the bottom
and mid range and adds more fuel in the high RPM range. To
get the unlock code you must complete a waiver located under
product updates.

controller combines sleek new engineering with cutting edge
technology to provide state-of-the-art performance in
adjusting levels and reading EGT and boost. With the
addition of the controller to your Juice module, there is no
longer a need for gauges. The backlit LCD display screen
allows clear reading of EGT temperatures, boost readings as
well as a host of other parameters. With the push of a
button, you can switch power levels and have adjustability
on the fly.

A2 - A2 Monitor with Camera, Mount and GPS
Edge makes power and lots of it. With
five levels to choose from, you can add up to additional
horsepower with the push of the button. But power is just
the beginning The Edge A2 is an incredibly sophisticated
device that is an in-cab controller, provides Award-Winning
TomTom GPS Software with preloaded maps of the U.S., and an
optional back up camera. As an added safety feature, the A2
automatically defuels to prevent excessive EGTs, turbo boost
and tranny slip and also provides cold engine protection.
