FASS DDRP Pumps are covered by a 4 year warranty. For the 4 year warranty to be in force, please fill out the "PRODUCT REGISTRATION FORM," attach a copy of the sales receipt, and return this information directly to the manufacturer.
FASS requires this information be returned within 30 days of the purchase, or the 4 year warranty will not be valid. This Warranty will then be reduced to a One Year Warranty.

FASS Pumps purchased by a Non Authorized Dealer carry No Warranty
FASS Pumps purchased by a TERMINATED Dealer carry No Warranty
FASS Pumps purchased below MAP pricing carry No Warranty
For the FASS LIFETIME warranty to be in force you must purchase your FASS Pump from an Authorized or VIP Dealer.
KLM Performance Inc. is a VIP FASS Dealer.
You must then please fill out the "PRODUCT REGISTRATION FORM," attach a copy of the sales receipt, and return this information directly to the manufacturer.
FASS requires this information be returned within 30 days of the purchase, or the LIFETIME warranty will not be valid.
