**CAUTION-FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS MAY RESULT IN POWERTRAIN DAMAGE**
**DO NOT STACK 175HP TUNE WITH ANY OTHER PERFORMANCE MODULE**
**DO NOT STACK 175HP WITH ANY BOOST FOOLING DEVICES, UNLESS AFTERMARKET TURBO IS INSTALLED**
**DO NOT RUN 175HP TUNE WITH AFTERMARKET INJECTORS, UNLESS AFTERMARKET TURBO IS INSTALLED**
**MODIFIED/UPGRADED CP3(INJECTION PUMP) RECOMMENDED FOR EXTENDED WIDE OPEN THROTTLE RUNS**
**PYROMETER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON 60HP, 120HP, AND 175HP TUNES**
**EGR/BUTTERFLY MUST BE UNPLUGGED AND/OR BLOCKED ON ALL 60/120/175 HP TUNES. NO EXCEPTIONS!**
**MODIFIED TRANSMISSION/CLUTCH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR 120/175 HP TUNES**
Please Note:
*XRT update software requires use of windows XP. Windows Vista may or may not work with our software. MAC is not supported at this time. *If you get a windows error stating that you are missing part of the windows .net framework, you will need to update your windows, or use another PC. You can obtain the microsoft 3.5 .net framework by following this link
*You DO NOT need to return vehicle to stock setting with XRT prior to using this update software.
*After the update of your XRT is finished, simply re-load preferred HP setting onto vehicle.
Driver Update:
-You will need to install the R2176 driver in order to update your XRT tuner.
-The Driver is included in the ZIP file you received, follow the instructions below to install driver.
-Before beginning install, create a new folder named “XRT” on your Desktop or in My Documents.
-Save the tunes you wish to upload to your XRT to your Desktop, or My Documents.
1.Locate and Double click on Folder you downloaded.
2.Extract all files to the “XRT” folder you created earlier
3.When finished extracting files, choose “show files”, or find the “XRT” folder and open it
4.Double click on “USB driver update” file
5.Double click on the folder named “R2176″
6.Double click on the file named DPInst. An hourglass icon should appear for about 2-5 seconds, then disappear. This will automatically install the USB drivers onto your computer. No program will visibly open, but the drivers will be installed.
XRT Update
1.Open Folder named “XRT” you created earlier
2.Double click on the Folder you extracted (WITHOUT THE ZIPPER!!!).
3.Double click on the program named “updater” Plug in your XRT(with supplied USB cable) after Updater program opens, then click the Upgrade Button on your PC with your mouse.
4.XRT and PC screen will show progress of update, and will re-boot XRT automatically when finished.
*If your XRT does not start updating, and the bar graph on the Updater does not appear to be moving, the driver may not have installed correctly. Try re-installing the R2176 driver, then try update again

The links below contain the latest version of the XRT software. All XRT purchases are pre-loaded with the latest version prior to shipment. If you are unsure whether your XRT is at the latest software level, download the link below, then follow the instructions to update to the latest software.

Custom Tunes
Multiple tunes are available for the 6.7 Cummins platform. Please feel free to go through our tunes and find the ones that are best suited for YOUR needs. The "Hot Damn", "Wild", and "Mild" headings apply only to the 175hp tunes. Tunes labeled with "turbo tuning" modify the factory turbo geometry to optimize boost pressures. Those with aftermarket turbo kits MUST use tunes that contain "turbo tuning."
