NEW: KLM is offering a Special Order program for Icon Vehicle Dynamics's newly released Ion Vapor Deposition Plated coil-over shocks, also known as the "Extreme Weather" version. This process allows the coil-over shock bodies to be extremely resistant to corrosion in a harsh weather conditions. This plating has been used in many government and military applications. Icon Vehicle Dynamics Suspension - 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe

Icon Vehicle Dynamics customers have been requesting that they make something, anything for the Chevy for years. Well, they have listened to them and the wait is finally over! Icon Vehicle Dynamics is proud to announce that Icon Vehicle Dynamics is releasing its first Chevy kit to market, effective November 1, 2006. They decided to make its entry into the Chevy market with the redesigned 2007 Chevy Tahoe. They have developed a new suspension kit that makes the truck ride much better than stock.

Icon Vehicle Dynamics engineers spent 3 months developing and ride testing this new system; they worked to develop a system that would even out factory suspension while retaining driver control. They were put to the test on this system and tinkered with it substantially to come up with the best valving for the shocks on this new Tahoe. Based on ride tests and development of a new coil-over shock and spring for the front and new signature series shock for the rear, they feel confident that this will be the best riding Tahoe system on the market on and off the road.

The Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2007 Tahoe kit includes a state of the art 2.5 inch diameter replacement for the stock front coil over shocks, this coil over is applicable for all 2007 4X4 and 4X2 Chevy Tahoes and GMC Yukons.

Some outstanding features include:

• A new 2.5 inch body that prevents overheating of the shock

• Corrosion resistance. It comes with a 7/8” Nitro Steel shaft and a cad plated body. They will not chip or rust like chrome shafts and have the best corrosion resistance in the industry

• Included billet aluminum upper mounts and Chrome Silicone Springs

• A digressive piston design that will handle the toughest off-road terrain and smooth out the ride on the highway. It is the ONLY 2.5 inch shock on the market with digressive piston!

• Specific shock valving developed by Icon Vehicle Dynamics to match our system and your truck for the best possible suspension performance available today

• Increased Wheel Travel

• Chromoly lower Cross-pin

These new coilovers are designed to increase on and off road suspension performance by increasing wheel travel 1 inch; making it ride height adjustable from 0-3”; and allowing for 285/75/R17 tires for more ground clearance.

Icon Vehicle Dynamics has also developed a specially valved shock for the Tahoe rear to be included in its popular signature series shock line. These shocks are designed to allow for a more aggressive and smoother ride.
