Credit Cards will not be accepted for
International orders under any circumstance.
What happens to my information when I
send it?
The information you provide us is used
to complete your order. Your credit card is processed,
the billing address you provided is then matched to
protect against fraud. Only your shipping address and
product information goes to our shipping department.
Will my e-mail address be given out?
We do not sell, or give out any personal
information including your e-mail address to any
third-parties. The information you provide to us, stays
with us. We may send out newsletters on occasion, and we
will use your email address to keep you informed on new
products and specials. If you do not wish to receive our
newsletter please let us know.
When is my credit card charged?
KLM charges your credit card at the time
your order is placed. When using this Web site, you are
subject to the terms in this privacy policy. We will
keep your information confidential and secure. Please
e-mail us with any questions or comments about this
policy.
Return Policy
You must call for an RMA# before making
any return!
To return or exchange a part that is
unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and is in
original undamaged packaging, you must call our Customer
Service department within 14 days of receiving the item
to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number (determined by UPS Tracking info). Failure to
notify us within 14 days will forfeit your right to a
refund or an exchange. All returns will be assessed a
20% restocking fee. Upon inspection, items found to be
unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in
original undamaged packaging will be credited less the
20% restocking fee.
Items found to be used, installed, not
resalable, or not in original product packaging or
damaged, will not be credited and the item will be
returned to the customer if requested, at the customer's
expense. We do not accept RMA requests through email,
fax, or voicemail message.
All returns must be sent with a copy of
the original receipt, explanation of the problem and
Return Number marked clearly on the outside of the
package the returned product is shipped in. Items that
fail or are damaged due to customer abuse, negligence,
or improper installation techniques are not returnable
under any circumstances, so please take care of the
parts while they are in your possession.
The customer is responsible for all
freight charges incurred with the return or exchange.
This includes the original freight cost to the customer.
RMA numbers expire 14 days after they are issued. Items
returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA
number will be refused.
All Returns must have the RMA number
clearly displayed on the return shipping label. Do not
write the RMA number on the original product package and
take care to properly prepare package for shipping back
to us. Failure to do so may result in assessing the
customer an additional rebox fee for original product
package damage. It is the customer's responsibility to
insure the package and retrieve a tracking number with
signature requirement from the carrier to protect from
loss. Damaged, lost, or missing claims must be made with
the carrier.
Shipments refused by you the customer
and returned back to us will carry an automatic 20%
restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
Unauthorized Returns
Unauthorized customer returns, or
returns that are misshipped, mispackaged, or
misdelivered, will not be 'tracked down' and are not the
responsibility of KLM. Shipping Rates
Because international shipping rates can vary
significantly based on weight and destination, we ask
that you contact us for estimated shipping charges.
International Customs
All international orders are subject to applicable
customs duties and associated assessments and fees.
These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes
(VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are
entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The
shipping charge by KLM does NOT include any of these
fees. You will normally be charged the Customs fees by
the company that delivers the package at the time of
delivery.
Orders that are to be shipped outside the contiguous
(US - lower 48) states may not have shipping charges
accurately posted on this website. If you do place an
order with us for an item to be shipped outside the 48
contiguous states, you will be contacted by us for
authorization of any additional shipping charges before
you are charged or the item is shipped. A note about
shipments to all countries outside the USA & Canada: If
you are placing an order from outside of the United
States or Canada, we can only accept payment by wire
transfer. A wire transfer is a transaction that you
initiate via your bank. It authorizes your bank to wire
funds from your account to our bank. We can not ship to
countries where shipments are prohibited by the United
States Government.
