The Total Chaos Toyota Long Travel Suspension 2" provides 11.5" of wheel travel with 4wd on the FJ Cruiser.

The Total Chaos Toyota Long Travel Suspension System allows you to install a maximum tire size of 285/75R16 or 285/70R17 is recommended.

The Total Chaos 2" Toyota Long Travel Suspension system incorporates several design features that are standard on Total Chaos 3.5" extended long travel race kit that was first released in 2005.

The Total Chaos 86002 2'' Toyota Long Travel Suspension Independent Front system was designed to be used on the following Toyota vehicles:

TheTotal Chaos Toyota Long Travel Suspension 2'' system kit is a 100% bolt on suspension system and is intended to install a pair of 8” travel 2.5” coil over shocks from Fox, King, or ICON Vehicle Dynamics that bolt into the factory coil bucket locations.

ThisTotal Chaos Toyota Long Travel Suspension cannot be installed with existing 3” lift coil over shocks.

You must install the Total Chaos 86300 4340 Axles with the Long Travel Suspension to maintain 4WD.

The Total Chaos Toyota Long Travel Suspension is the first after market production bolt on 2007+ 2wd & 4wd Tundra long travel Independent Front Suspension system.

TheTotal Chaos Toyota Long Travel Suspension is a Tundra Long Travel Independent Front Suspension system that cycles 16” of wheel travel with 4WD.

TheTotal Chaos Toyota Long Travel Suspension allows you to install up to a 35” tire. and provide 3 to 4" of lift.

The Total Chaos Toyota Long Travel Suspension kit includes tubular/plate lower control arms that 2.5” extended and are pre-tabbed for dual shocks. A CORE charge will apply to the converted bolt on lower uniball mount. Total Chaos did not compromise ground clearance and designed the lower uniball adapter to allow this system to provide maximum lower control arm and cross member ground clearance.

Installing ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5” coil over shocks will maximize this systems wheel travel while still retaining 4wd. The primary coil over is designed to bolt into the factory upper shock mount location.

Total Chaos developed this 2.5” Toyota Long Travel Suspension to maintain the factory upper and lower control arm mounting locations and to replace the factory ball joints with 1” uniballs.

NOTE: Total Chaos extended 4340 axles must be installed to retain 4wd.
Track width increases by 5"
