The Newest Light produced by the Scientists Of Light is the LP9 LED light Series. The LP9 has a design inspired by the legendary 8" LaPaz HID Light. The LP9 features modern styling and ultra-high performance using the most advanced LED technologies available today.
Baja Designs has now incorporated the latest Technologies into the LP9 Series.
The LP9 utilizes nine forward projecting LEDs to produce 11,025 Lumens while consuming only 105 watts. These forward-facing Light Emitting Diodes provide a 135 degrees pattern of high-intensity light. The Six 6 LEDs for Integrated Peripheral Technology (IPT) produce 1,140 lumens at 10.5 watts per side. These Six LED side-facing Light Emitting Diodes to provide an additional 65-degree pattern of high-intensity light.
Incorporating Integrated Peripheral Technology provides the LP9 Series LED Lights with an incredible 200° spread of usable light.
The LP9 features a new high-performance housing for improved thermal dispersion. The LP9 uses the new integrated Direct Ducted Cooling. The Direct Ducted Cooling provides excellent heat dispersion. The Light Housing with Direct Ducted Cooling allows air to travel from the front of the housing to the rear. This new cooling design removes the heat generated by the LED. This DDC cooling design ensures an almost fifty thousand hour service life of the LP9.
