Definitions - A "custom-made product" is a new item that is built to meet the customer's supplied specifications.
By definition, custom-made products have a unique design.
They may need to be modified or adjusted to allow for the best functionality or composition for the vehicle as provided by the customer.
KLM Performance is not responsible or liable for information incorrectly/incompletely listed by the customer when placing the order.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT ORDERS, ONCE PLACED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL CUSTOM MADE SALES ARE FINAL - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT ORDERS TAKE A MINIMUM OF 28 BUSINESS DAYS TO MANUFACTURE.
ONCE A CUSTOM MADE ORDER HAS ENTERED PRODUCTION THIS ORDER CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELED.
IF THE ORDER FOR A CUSTOM MADE PRODUCT IS PLACED WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING, THESE ORDERS ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO BE EXPEDITED DUE TO RAW MATERIAL SHORTAGES AND CURRENT POLICIES EFFECTING THE AVAILABLE WORK FORCE.
KLM Performance does our best to maintain the stated timelines; however, if a production part is currently out of stock, additional time may be required to produce your order.
KLM Performance is not responsible for delays in production or in the actual shipping time-of the selected carrier, of any order.
KLM Performance will provide you with the status of your order with tracking.
NOTE: Please allow TWENTY EIGHT working days for the manufacturing of your custom made Replacement Stainless Steel Brake Line Set.
If Time Is Of The Essence and you require these custom made brake lines in a shorter time span, Please choose UPS or USPS Express Shipping.
Express Shipping Orders are processed in the same time frame and the express shipping option now will only save you time in-transit.
EXPEDITED SERVICE: Is no longer available due to the raw material constraints on the replacement brake lines. We apologize for this issue.

The production of a Custom made order usually occurs within the stated times for each product. The stated production time is only an estimate and additional time requirements may occur before shipment.
A custom order is an order which is not a stocked item and must be produced from the specification and or options chosen by you the customer.
A custom order is a new item that is built to meet the customer's exact specifications.
This new design may need to have modifications and adjustments done to the subject to allow for the best functionality or composition of the article ordered.
The customer when ordering custom-made products from the KLM Performance understands and provides for the required time stated of custom-made products. KLM Performance will do its best to maintain the stated timelines; however, if a specific part is currently out of stock, additional time may be required to produce your order.
KLM Performance is not responsible for delays in production or shipping of any custom made or particular order.
KLM Performance will track your order and will advise you as to the status of your order.
KLM Performance does not provide a refund on custom-made products.
Once A Custom Made product enters production, the request cannot be canceled.
Items offered as a Custom Made product with a color choice are listed with a variety of available colors.
KLM Performance Does Not Guarantee the Buyers Expectation of what the chosen color is perceived to be.
The color chosen by you the customer is the color that will be delivered.
Color choices are not debatable or open to interpretation.
