KLM Performance Custom Made Order Policy
POLICY FOR CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
All products listed and presented as a custom made order are a final sale and non-refundable. Custom made orders require additional time for production and testing. Custom made orders are labeled with estimated production times as these items are made to order. The production of a Custom made order usually occurs within the stated times for each product. The stated production time is only an estimate and additional time requirements may occur before shipment. A custom order is an order which is not a stocked item and must be produced from the specification and or options chosen by you the customer. A custom order is a new item that is built to meet the customer's exact specifications. This new design may need to have modifications and adjustments done to the subject to allow for the best functionality or composition of the article ordered. The customer when ordering custom-made products from the KLM Performance understands and provides for the required time stated of custom-made products. KLM Performance will do its best to maintain the stated timelines; however, if a specific part is currently out of stock, additional time may be required to produce your order. KLM Performance is not responsible for delays in production or in the shipping of any custom made or particular order. KLM Performance will track your order from the beginning and will advise you as to the status of your order. KLM Performance does not provide a refund on custom-made products. Once A Custom Made product enters production, the request cannot be canceled.
Items offered as a Custom Made product with a color choice are listed with a variety of available colors. KLM Performance Does Not Guarantee the Buyers Expectation of what the chosen color is perceived to be. The color chosen by you the customer is the color that will be delivered. Color choices are not debatable or open to interpretation.Please Contact Us if you have any questions regarding a Custom Made product before ordering.
Order Cancellation Policy
KLM Performance Order Termination Policy:
Any order cancellation MUST be handled via phone due to the unreliability of emails.
If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and any other cost associated with your order.
If your order has begun production we are unable to cancel the order.
If you refuse delivery of an order that has been shipped, you will be responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with the order.
Any product order which is a Cummins Product, Custom Made Product, Final Sale, Garage Sale or an Electrical Component is a Non-Returnable Item.
Shipments refused by you the customer and returned to KLM Performance will automatically be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Only the amount of the merchandise will be refunded to your credit card, minus the applicable shipping costs and the restocking fee.
Core Return Policy
KLM Performance Core Returns
The Core Charge credit returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. After 45 days core credit refunds will be at the discretion of KLM Performance Inc.
To return your product core for credit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product. Then fill out the Contact Us Form by referencing your order. KLM Performance will email you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Please wait for shipping instructions before shipping out your cores. Your core may be sent directly back to the manufacturer.
KLM Performance recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core.
The credit card used for the purchase of the product giving rise to the core return will be credited with the core's original invoiced value after inspection.
Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and or damaged components will not receive a core credit. The core you are returning must be complete and not missing any of its parts.

Product Description and Pricing
We at KLM Performance Inc. make every attempt to ensure that the products description offered for sale on the Site are described and represented as accurately and as completely as possible. However, mistakes may occur and if there are errors, we reserve the right to correct and revise. Prices are subject to change. The prices payable are those prices in effect at the time of our acceptance of your offer and are in the currency presented on the Site. Unless otherwise indicated on the Site, prices for products and services do not include VAT, other taxes, delivery, export, or other charges.
If you are valued customer file a charge back against KLM Performance without notification you will be charged an automatic fee of $50.00. A copy of this Terms & Conditions sheet you have agreed to at checkout will be filed with your credit card company to justify this charge. You will be held responsible for all Attorneys fees and or costs associated with the collection of this debt. All Charge-Backs are reported to a collection agency. This will affect your credit! If you object to this notification please do not proceed with your order.
