    As the crankshaft in your Ford Powerstroke flexes and twists, the harmonic balancer absorbs incredible amounts of kinetic energy. To ensure that the balancer is locked in position, ARP has developed these ultra-strong 200,000 psi bolts that let you exert maximum clamping force. 

    Ford Powerstroke Diesel Harmonic Balancer Bolt Kit Features:

    • 1/4" thick stud
    • Wide area washer 
    • Extra tall 12-point bolt head.
    • It accepts a deep socket and eliminates the worry of stripping the head.
    • Bolts and washers are rated to a 200,000 PSI tensile strength.

    The ARP Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Crankshaft Balancer Bolt Kit includes the following:

    • Four M12 x 1.25 8740 Pro Series balancer bolts.
    • Four 8740 parallel-ground washers.
    • One 1/2 ounce packet of the ARP Ultra-Torque fastener

  • The ARP 150-2504 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Harmonic Balancer Bolt Kit requires the following step be taken to ensure the correct installation of your crankshaft balancer: 
  • #1 Please verify the part number for yourapplication against the part number listed onthe instruction sheet.
  • #2 Clean and inspect all of the hardware prior toinstallation. Look for obvious defects or shippingdamages, plus proper fit, length, and dimension.
  • #3 To ensure proper thread engagement andaccurate torque readings, clean the threads atthe end of the crankshaft. Chase if necessarywith a Thread Chaser or Tap.
  • #4 Lubricate the threads of the bolts, the under-headof the bolts, and the front face of the balancerwhere the washers contact the balancer with the included packet of ARP ULTRA-TORQUEFASTENER ASSEMBLYLUBRICANT.
  • #5 Install the washers onto the boltswith the chamfered side facing the bolt head,then install the bolts hand-tight.
  • #6 Tighten the balancer bolts to 90ft-lbs usingARP ULTRA TORQUE FASTENER ASSEMBLYLUBRICANT.
