By definition, custom-made products have a unique design.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT ORDERS, ONCE PLACED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL CUSTOM MADE SALES ARE FINAL - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT ORDERS TAKE A MINIMUM OF 28 BUSINESS DAYS TO MANUFACTURE.
ONCE A CUSTOM MADE ORDER HAS ENTERED PRODUCTION THIS ORDER CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELED.
IF THE ORDER FOR A CUSTOM MADE PRODUCT IS PLACED WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING, THESE ORDERS ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO BE EXPEDITED DUE TO RAW MATERIAL SHORTAGES AND CURRENT POLICIES EFFECTING THE AVAILABLE WORK FORCE.
KLM Performance does our best to maintain the stated timelines; however, if a production part is currently out of stock, additional time may be required to produce your order.
KLM Performance is not responsible for delays in production or in the actual shipping time-of the selected carrier, of any order.
KLM Performance will provide you with the status of your order with tracking.

If Time Is Of The Essence and you require these custom made brake lines in a shorter time span, Please choose UPS or USPS Express Shipping.
Express Shipping Orders are processed in the same time frame and the express shipping option now will only save you time in-transit.
EXPEDITED SERVICE: Is no longer available due to the raw material constraints on the replacement brake lines. We apologize for this issue.
