The STK-1002 Suction Tube Kit, machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, is a Bulkhead Fitting comprised of a 5/8″ Suction Tube along with a ½” Fuel Return Port. This new and improved version from our previous STK-Kit allows the user to plumb their FASS return line directly to their bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck and significantly speeding up the installation process. The suction tube is fabricated of PTFE Teflon, which can be easily cut to adapt to different-depth fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to about 1/8 tank of fuel.

This FASS STK-1002 5/8" diesel fuel supply tube kit product is designed for use with the FASS Titanium Series Lift Pumps. This 5/8" suction tube offers increased fuel flow rates and a reduction in the coefficient of friction within the pipe. The larger diameter suction tube will improve fuel delivery and work perfectly with higher-volume fuel pumps. If you are purchasing a FASS Titanium Signature Series pump at the same time, check the contents of your kit, some Titanium Signature Series pumps include this STK-1002 item standard. 

The kit's larger 5/8" suction tube reduces hydraulic restriction to improve fuel delivery rates. The FASS STK-1002 pickup tube helps to reduce the turbulent flow of diesel fuel with its 5/8" tube and larger fittings. KLM Performance recommends the installation of the fuel pickup tube kt when you are installing a higher-volume fuel pump.

This FASS fuel pickup tube kit will be installed with FASS Titanium Series, Titanium Signature Series, and FASS Lift Pumps.
