Terms of Sale for Custom Made‑to‑Order Products
By placing an order for any Custom Made‑to‑Order product from KLM Performance, you acknowledge, understand, and fully accept all terms and conditions listed on this page. If you do not agree with these terms, do not place an order.
1. Production Timeline & Availability
All stainless steel brake line sets and other listed items are Custom Made‑to‑Order. These products require a minimum of twenty‑eight (28) working days to manufacture.
The “In Stock” label indicates that the product is available for ordering and entry into production. It does not mean the item is pre‑built, stocked, or ready to ship.
Production times are estimates. If required components or raw materials are unavailable, additional time will be required.
2. Definition of a Custom Made Product
A Custom Made product is a new item manufactured specifically to the specifications provided by the customer. These products may require adjustments or modifications to ensure proper functionality based on the information supplied.
KLM Performance is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
3. Final Sale Policy
All Custom Made‑to‑Order products are non‑returnable, non‑refundable, and final sale.
Once a Custom Made order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
4. Production & Shipping Policies
Custom Made products require a minimum of 28 business days to manufacture.
Express shipping options (UPS or USPS Express) do not shorten production time. They only reduce transit time after the order ships.
Due to raw material constraints and workforce limitations, expedited production is not available.
USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground are not express services.
KLM Performance is not responsible for production delays, material shortages, or carrier transit delays.
5. Ordering Requirements
All Custom Made orders must be submitted through the online order form on the KLM Performance website.
Products are built strictly to the specifications listed on the product page. These specifications are not negotiable, not debatable, and not open to interpretation.
If you do not understand the required specifications, contact KLM Performance before placing your order.
6. Customer Responsibility
KLM Performance is not responsible for incorrectly ordered Custom Made products. We do not know the exact configuration, modifications, or options on your vehicle.
If you are unsure of the specifications required, consult a qualified automotive professional before ordering.
Assistance provided by phone or email is considered a recommendation only. KLM Performance is not responsible for customer interpretation of these recommendations.
7. Shipping Address & Delivery Requirements
All Custom Made products are shipped to the billing address of the payee.
To ship to a different address, you must use PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay as your payment method.
All Custom Made orders require a signature upon delivery.
8. Color Selection Policy (If Applicable)
If a Custom Made product includes color options, the color selected at checkout is the color that will be produced.
KLM Performance does not guarantee the customer’s personal interpretation of color appearance. Color choices are final and not open to debate.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for any Custom Made‑to‑Order product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions listed on this page.
