BD's CopperDrive LED management system uses next-gen circuit board and driver technology to safely run high powered LEDs at 100% power. 4 levels of thermal management transfer LED heat up to 3000% more efficiently and provide an extra layer of vibration isolation creating the highest performing and longest lasting LED light on the market.  

Our circuit boards use copper instead of aluminum to help transfer heat more efficiently from the LED to the thermal gap pad.  The thermal gap pad plays an important role in aiding heat transfer to the heat sink, which keeps the LEDs cool and also provides for vibration damping.  The microprocessor-controlled thermistors help to constantly monitor the temperature of the LED to ensure brightness and longevity.

O-ring seals and proprietary cord technology make BD lights completely waterproof, rainproof, dustproof, submersible, and washable.  O-ring seals are considerably more effective at blocking water than the beads of silicone.  In addition, the patented MoistureBlock™ on BD's cords is an innovative new technology that completely stops water from wicking its way up the cord and into the light. Even if you cut the connector off, your light is still waterproof and you won't void your warranty.

Warranties on our products vary by product and/or by industry, as listed below. All warranty returns require a Return Authorization form as described above.

Warranties cover defects in design and manufacturing only. Warranties do not cover, among other things:  installation errors, wear, and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications, configurations or combinations not performed by us or on our behalf. Also, note the exceptions below for third-party products.

For all warranty returns, we will pay the freight costs on the condition that you return the defective product within 90 days of delivery; otherwise, the product must be returned to us with freight prepaid by you. At our option and as the exclusive remedy, we will repair or replace the product in question, or issue credit. If an identical product is no longer available, we may replace it with a similar product of comparable value.

Customer satisfaction stands at the core of who Baja Designs is as a company.  BD gives you a full 30 days to test out your new LED light and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for an exchange or refund of the purchase price and applicable tax. 

EXCLUSIONS: Items purchased through a Baja Designs authorized dealer must be returned through the dealer.  Only available on LED auxiliary lights, LED light bars and LED lighting accessories. Non LED products are covered by a 20-day return policy. If the product is returned it must be in "brand new" condition for resale at MSRP.  The product that has been damaged in any way after the original purchase date will be excluded from this guarantee, and a restocking fee will be applied.
