This Fleetguard fuel filter is a direct replacement for the AirDog Fuel systems that use the AirDog Replacement Fuel Filter | FF100-10 | 10 Micron filter. The FF5617 is a 10-Micron StrataPore diesel fuel filter that is often used in Vegetable Oil conversion systems as well as for cold climates where diesel fuel gelling can be a problem in the winter months.

The StrataPore™ media is a multi-layered filter media, with an optimum number of layers for the desired level of particle removal.
