This is a complete replacement filter set for the FASS Titanium Series high-performance diesel fuel pumps containing both of the required diesel fuel filters. This set of replacement FASS fuel filters is designed for installation on the following FASS lift pumps with the Gun Metal Gray base or the FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel Pumps with the Black Base.

This FASS replacement filter set contains the below filters required for a complete fuel filter change: KLM Performance offers the wire mesh particulate filter and hydroglass extreme water separator together for a straightforward filter change.

THIS FASS TITANIUM SERIES REPLACEMENT FILTER SET CONTAINS:

• One FASS XWS3002 Titanium Series Diesel Fuel Water Separator Filter contains Hydroglass extreme and is rated at an absolute Two-micron level for water removal from your diesel fuel. The reason the extreme water separator does not contain a petcock for water removal draining is that the filter element itself traps the water.

• One FASS PF3001 Titanium Signature Series Particulate Filter with Wire Mesh is rated at 144 microns. The 144-micron particulate filter drastically reduces cavitation, increases flow properties and lowers the sound output level of the FASS lift pump.

KLM Performance recommends you keep a spare set of FASS Titanium Replacement Fuel Filters with you at all times in your truck. This spare FASS Titanium Series Replacement Filter Set will assure your ability to keep going if you should get a load of bad fuel. FASS pumps remove entrained air, water, and fuel contaminants through the FASS Titanium Series Replacement Filter Set.

NOTE: Please make sure you install these FASS filters in the correct location depicted on the filter bodies. When replacing the discontinued filters with the new XWS-3002 and PF-3001, the XWS-3002 will now be placed on the pressure side of the pump, and the PF-3001 will be placed on the suction side. 

NOTE: FASS Fuel Systems has now made all FASS labeled filters a Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Item. The FASS Filters cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. Please ensure you have ordered the correct filters for your FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel Pump!
