To clarify the situation:
The package was returned by UPS as undeliverable because the address you provided at checkout was incorrect. UPS attempted delivery using the exact address supplied on your order. You were notified by both email and SMS with full tracking information and had the opportunity to contact UPS to correct the delivery issue. No action was taken on your part.
Once the item was returned to us, we immediately issued the refund.
For security reasons, we do not send financial updates or account information via text message.
It is also important to note that you mentioned an ongoing dispute with your UPS driver. That matter is between you and UPS. We fulfilled the order exactly as placed and are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address or external disputes.
