I ordered a bolt and flag nut for a track bar on a 98 ram 3500. I either ordered the wrong one or they sent the wrong one because it doesn't fit the new bar I bought..have tried multiple times to contact by email and by phone no response.

One bolt broke, did not stop popping, customer service got KLM is worthless, I called and left a voicemail and sent an email and they did not respond. Do not do business with this company

We apologize for the broken bolt and the inconvenience caused by over-torquing it.
The pictures you provided clearly shows what happens when to much torque is applied as the bolt shaft snapped. We told you we would provide you with a new bolt upon the return of the broken part. We have to receive the return from you
We suggest you read and apply the provided specs if you are going to install another 16 MM bolt so that this issue doesn't happen again.
I ordered two of these kits, and they arrived quickly. The installation was not bad. Why this was not done at the factory is beyond me. This problem is now solved.
Reasonably easy to drill out and install. Dodge should have had a recall with this problem!
